Hi everyone! Welcome back to Bite Chew Swallow! Today, I want to tell you about my yummy experience at Asian Kitchen in Durham. This restaurant is well known for its fresh, hand-made dumplings and noodles, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint!

I tried the steamed pork dumplings, and they were excellent! Each dumpling was soft and juicy, and the pork inside was super good. They even came with a special dipping soy sauce that added a lite salty kick. I could eat these almost every day!

My dad got the fried chicken dumplings. They were crispy on the outside and packed with juicy chicken inside. 

My mom ordered the hand-cut noodles, which looked really delicious. They were thick and chewy, and she said they tasted delicious with a savory sauce.

Overall, our meal at Asian Kitchen was fantastic! If you’re ever in Durham, you should definitely check it out. I can’t wait to go back and try even more dishes!
