Oporto is a Portugese restaurant in midtown Houston. Has always been very good. Particularly known for its tapas plates, mostly seafood, but also excellent breads with varied toppings. 

Oportos’ large plates include many excellent fish dishes, but this time our foursome shared the signature paella dish shown on the picture, after we shared about 5 tapas dishes and excellent wines (albarino and douro valley red).
